POP VPN provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through our servers. The Service is available as a Free tier and a Premium paid tier, across Android, iOS, Windows (Premium only), and macOS (Premium only) platforms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use POP VPN. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. One account per person; you may not share your credentials.

Auto-Renewal: Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through the app (Settings → Subscription → Cancel) or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, Premium access continues until the end of the paid period.
Premium includes: Everything in Free, plus ad-free experience, 50+ countries and 3,000+ servers, all 4 platforms (Android, iOS, Windows, macOS), up to 10 simultaneous devices, streaming-optimized servers, and 24/7 priority customer support.
Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Monthly and 6-month plans include a 7-day refund window. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within the applicable window. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be announced where possible. We are not liable for outages beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
